  • Typically, we process and mail your order within 3-5 business days of it being placed. Processing may vary if there’s a national weather advisory or if orders are placed around a national United States holiday.

  • We do not accept returns and all sales are final.

    We encourage you to sample before committing to a full-size purchase. If you receive your item(s) damaged, promptly email us with your order number, the item, and a photo of the damage. Please email cc.brthofphoenx@gmail.com for assistance.

  • Once the order is out of our possession, we are no longer responsible for what happens in between.

  • We encourage you to double (even triple) check your shipping address. Once the shipping label has been created, we cannot make changes.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally. There’s always a possibility for changes later.
